Associate Professor Liu, Jia-Fa from the Department of Administration Police of the Central Police University was commisioned to conduct a lecture on "Convention Against Torture Education and Training for Police Officers" in special municipalities in Taiwan. A total of 843 cadres and grass-roots colleagues participated in the training to ensure that police officers were familiar with the provisions of the Convention, taking into account human rights protection when enforcing the law.

Completed the production of 2 "Promotional Animations for the Convention Against Torture(CAT)". Professor Chang, Kuang-ming, the director of the Department of Criminal Justice at Ming Chuan University, and the team from the School of Design were commissioned to produce lively animations to introduce the spirit and connotation of the Convention against Torture (CAT) and uploaded them to the official website and Youtube channel for the public to watch.

Participated in the "International Exchange on Domestic Legal Practice of the Convention Against Torture (CAT) and the 24th Meeting of the Human Rights Working Group of the Ministry of Justice" convened by the Ministry of Justice, and conducted in-depth discussions and analysis with Jens Modvig, an international human rights expert in the field of prohibition of torture, on whether and how to include the crime of torture in criminal law, extensively collecting valuable suggestions from all participants.

The U.S. State Department released the 2022 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices of various countries. Regarding the human rights situation on promotion of the prohibition of torture in Taiwan, no cases related to torture by public officials or the military were found.

Manfred Nowak, an Austrian international human rights expert and a professor of international law and human rights in University of Vienna's School of Law, was commissioned to produce a promotional video titled "Lecture on the Convention against Torture (CAT): Development of the CAT and Introduction to International Cases" to introduce the development of the CAT, the definition of torture, the international practice of preventing torture and the sharing of experiences during serving as a United Nations Special Rapporteur on the issue of torture, which gave the audience a more specific understanding of the CAT.

The team of Professor Yung-Lien Lai from the Department of Crime Prevention and Correction of the Central Police University was commissioned to produce the video on "the Convention Against Torture (CAT) Education and Training for Law Enforcement in Custody Facilities". Through the teaching video, the Convention against Torture(CAT) and the Law Enforcement Guidelines for Personnel in Custody Facilities are introduced in simple terms so that people can quickly understand and follow it as a goal and use it as education and training.

Human rights expert Professor TENG, YEN-SEN from the Department of Law of Soochow University, who has long been concerned about promoting CAT, was invited to give a lecture and film a "Convention Against Torture (CAT) Promotional Video".
Through promoting the video in multiple ways such as social media, the content and effectiveness of CAT were introduced to the public, making them better understand the spirit and connotation of the CAT, and declaring the government's determination to defend human rights at the same time.
